How do I measure the correct shoe size for my baby or toddler?
It is best to measure the foot of your child along a ruler. Measure the foot from the heel to the longest toe. Measure both feet on here can be different. Preferably measure when the child is standing. This is of course not yet possible with babies.
The next centimeters correspond to the shoe size. Note the months are an indication foot sizes can vary greatly per child. If the length goes over a certain size, it is wise to buy a larger size.
If you give the shoe as a present you can, however, continue this guideline depending on whether the baby is big or small, you can then give size 15/16 or size 17/18.
One brand or model is slightly larger or smaller than the other. If it is known that a shoe / boot is larger or smaller than normal, this is stated on the product itself. Use the table below as a guideline.
