Fast delivery: ordered before 16:00 shipped the same working day (delivery on Monday to Saturday by PostNL).
We ship on working days from Monday to Friday. This fast delivery does not apply to products with a delivery time (any delivery time is clearly stated with the product). In addition, the delivery times are subject to delivery by PostNL. These deliver the next day in 99% of the cases.
You follow the normal ordering process and you will automatically come across the option to choose the desired day and time period. You complete your order and receive your package on the desired day (if no delivery time applies).
As an extra option you can also opt for evening delivery (surcharge + € 1.95) if you are not at home during the day.
Optionally, it is also possible to have the package delivered early to the pick-up location. You can pick it up early in the morning (depending on the opening times of the collection point, usually from 8:30 am).

Letterbox packages are delivered on the normal days on which letterbox mail is delivered. You will receive a message once your package has been sent. Pay attention! you will not receive a TTC with letterbox mail.

Second chance parcel delivery when delivered via PostNL. If you are not at home when your order from ikbenzomooi.nl is delivered, you can indicate via https://www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/niet-thuis-bij-beorging/niet-thuis/ where and on which day it will be resent must be offered.
In your absence, the driver will leave a message informing you about the options for the second chance. With a 'not-at-home code' you can select a day and time period for delivery to the same address or delivery to the neighbors before ten in the evening. A third option is to have the package delivered to a post office.

PostNL has a network of more than 2,000 points for this in supermarkets, bookstores and drugstores. Are you completing your order before 4 pm? Then you can pick up your package the next day from 16:00. (if no delivery time applies). Just to be sure, always check your track and route link.
Receive and send packages 24/7
With the Package Machine you decide yourself where and when you pick up your package. At seven central stations in the Netherlands and at Schiphol Plaza this is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Handy if you are not at home during the day, when you often pass by the station, or when you want to pick up your package if the stores are already closed.
